This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in the Romac Fuels IOS/Android apps.

We do not collect, use, save or have access to any of your personal data in the Romac Fuels IOS/Android apps.

Individual settings relating to the Romac Fuels apps are not personal and are stored only on
your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your location, but this is only so
we can show your location on the map, calculate the distance to the nearest stations or let
you calculate a route from your current location to the selected location. We don’t process
that information at all and have no access to it.

Online Privacy Protection Act.
Our applications don’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under
the age of 13.
We have provided a minimum age from 17 this is only because the app isn’t useful without a
motorized vehicle.
